One Collective Therapy
I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, and major life transitions with a compassionate, collaborative approach grounded in EMDR, CBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).Many people come to therapy feeling like they have spent years surviving, masking, shrinking themselves, or carrying pain in silence. I strive to create a space where you do not have to explain away your experiences or disconnect from parts of yourself to be understood. A space where you can speak honestly, unpack the weight you have been carrying, reconnect with your strengths, and begin trusting yourself again.Whether you are carrying the impact of trauma, feeling disconnected from yourself, or struggling to feel secure in who you are, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your voice, your strengths, and the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside in order to survive. My hope is to support you in creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.
