Helping Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) clients and therapists move forward with confidence

The EMDR Canada 2025 Annual Conference will be in Vancouver, in March 2025. Details will be available shortly. A Conference and Training Committee is being set up and we are looking for members to join – full details will be sent by email next week.

If you are struggling to move forward from trauma, or you provide care for someone who is suffering from PTSD, EMDR can be a source of hope and healing.

Often referred to as the “gold standard” for trauma therapy, EMDR is a fast-acting, accessible therapy option that can work for people of all ages, languages, cultural backgrounds, and needs.

For nearly 30 years, EMDR Canada has been a compassionate, reliable source of information, support, and guidance on this promising therapy option. We help therapists, clients, and third parties in Canada navigate the research, increase awareness, and access EMDR throughout the country.

Whether you are considering EMDR for the first time or you are a longtime practitioner (or something in-between!), we are here to help you move forward with confidence.
