My supervised practice in counselling was also undertaken with Dr. Judy Moench, which provided me with exposure to many other EMDR protocols and theoretical underpinnings. In private practice, I often work with clients struggling with trauma, grief and loss, stress at home or work , chronic pain and/or other health-related issues. I believe that everyone can benefit from psychotherapy, and enjoy helping people not only ameliorate their problems, but reach their potential in creating a satisfying life. In addition to counselling, I have worked in the areas of assessment and research.
