Eric Bailey (MMFT) is a counsellor and supervisor at Catholic Family Services and an approved Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor/Mentor, where he has worked for over 10 years. Eric’s other work experiences include Job Consultant for individuals with cognitive impairments, IBI Instructor Therapist working with children with autism, and church pastor. Having lived across Western Canada and even Northwestern Ontario, Eric has seen some of the cultural differences between the regions and the struggles of access to services in remote locations. Eric’s strength, in many of the places he has lived and jobs he has performed, is his ability to develop relationships. Eric has been as a conference presenter, organizational leader, and sessional lecturer at3 different post-secondary schools. Eric is a husband to Erica Bailey (CPA) and father to 3 sons.
