Riley Keast is a Registered Psychotherapist providing trauma-informed therapy to adults across Ontario. She specializes in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including sexual violence, domestic violence, and other forms of gender-based or relational trauma. Riley integrates EMDR therapy within a compassionate, client-centred approach to support the processing of distressing experiences, reduction of trauma-related symptoms, and restoration of a sense of safety and agency. Her work is grounded in an understanding of the nervous system and the relational impacts of trauma, and she is committed to offering inclusive, culturally responsive care tailored to each client’s pace, needs, and goals.
