I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and the founder of Authentic Connection Counselling. I am trained in EMDR and work with clients experiencing single-incident trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and trauma-informed care, guided by the belief that every person is doing the best they can with the tools they have. I am passionate about helping people regain emotional balance, reconnect with their inner strength, and process traumatic experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
