I am a Social Worker with over a decade of clinical experience in children’s mental health. I am passionate about supporting children and families who are struggling with the impact of trauma, attachment difficulties, developmental trauma, and other mental health challenges. I am trained in attachment and trauma informed therapies including Theraplay, EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Psycho-Sensory Intervention. I am certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), an evidenced-based approach that supports nervous system regulation and enhances the ability to feel safe.I believe that every family member is deeply impacted by the struggles in the family and that each person has a part to play in healing.I feel honoured to be able to support families that are impacted by trauma, mental health, relational challenges including PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, self-harm, domestic violence, separation/divorce, sexual abuse, and grief & loss.
