EMDR Basic Training

Shaun supports individuals and couples to navigate life challenges. He helps people in high-intensity careers to manage a fast-paced schedule and create a work-life balance that fosters healthy growth. Shaun understands that burnout can come with high-stress careers and holds a compassionate space for healing through it. He completed his basic EMDR training in 2010 and was also trained in several other modalities, including but not limited to CBT, CPT, PE, REBT, and EFT. Shaun also supports couples who face various challenges in their relationship. He’ll help each partner feel comfortable expressing their needs, set healthy boundaries, and foster positive communication patterns. Shaun’s motto is acta non verba (actions, not words). He can help you shape your actions with your partner to create long-lasting changes in your relationship. He recognizes that trauma responses take many forms. He’ll build on your innate resilience so that you can process your experience and reach a place of inner peace.
