I have specialized training in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, including:
– EMDR
– Rewind Technique
– Clinical Hypnosis
– CBT
Additionally, I previously trained in the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach and in Educational Therapy, and worked with folks with learning disabilities.
I work with individuals ages 13 and up, in-person and online.
I hold a Master of Counselling degree. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I am also an approved ICBC vendor.
