EMDR Basic Training

Mind 2 Heart Connections

Whether you’re grappling with the aftermath of a single impactful event or navigating through a series of distressing experiences, I’m here to guide you on a journey towards relief and healing with cutting-edge EMDR therapy. Together, we can address the weight of the past, gently untangling the knots of memories and images that may have lingered. If you’ve ever yearned for a release from the grip of these moments, my approach aims at providing that much-needed relief.

I also provide family therapy and incorporate practical Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques into our sessions. My commitment is to customize your therapy experience, assisting you in finding comfort and guiding you toward a brighter and clearer path forward.

Experience:

Tracy is a registered social worker with a Master’s degree in social work and she is an EMDR trained therapist.

Over the past twenty-three years, Tracy has practiced social work in the public sector, working with vulnerable children and adults who have experienced trauma and are living with secondary post traumatic stress symptoms or disorders.

Tracy’s Mind 2 Heart work is with children and adults who are navigating complex family dynamics. This deep connection and sense of purpose for Tracy, comes from her own childhood experience, having been separated from her family while growing up in the child welfare system.

Tracy’s experience enables her to connect quickly; together, you and Tracy can develop a treatment plan, so you can feel hopeful knowing that you are on the best path to move forward.
