Keynotes
These will be for 90 minutes duration.

This process will be run by the Research & Scientific Committee.
We are seeking submissions that are directly relevant to the field of EMDR and represent original contributions.
We aim to showcase a diverse array of innovative topics within EMDR therapy. EMDR Canada welcomes EMDR therapists from across the globe.
Speaker Commitment
Accepted presenters must attend the conference on their allocated day and time slot to deliver their presentation in concise 60-90-minute presentations, which include a Q&A immediately following the presentation. Presenters will receive full access to the 3-day conference.
Posters
It is intended that the Conference will have a poster section.
Hotel Accommodation
A special conference delegate rate will be available. There will be a limited number of these special delegate rate rooms. Full information will be provided shortly.
Sponsorship
Sponsorship opportunities will be available for the Conference.
Technology
We will be using Whova to build the Conference website. This will include a mobile conference app. The conference will be a ‘live’ event – it will not streamed online simultaneously.
Translation
The Annual Conference will have simultaneous ‘live’ English and French translations for all conference presentations.
Timings
Each day of the Annual Conference will begin early. The Annual Conference will end at 3.30pm on the final day (March 22nd, 2025)
Tickets
Ticket costs will be announced shortly. Tickets will be available for either 1 day or 3 days.
Networking
We are working on ensuring that conference attendees have opportunities for networking while at the Annual Conference.
EMDRIA Credit Hours
EMDRIA Credit Hours will be awarded for attendance at the Annual Conference and the EMDR Consultants Day – exact details of these EMDRIA Credit Hours will be made available when the official Annual Conference website is open.
