Beginning your search for a therapist is a big step –  I am here to walk alongside and understand you. I am client focused and strive to provide a safe and non judgmental place to work through your experiences. I hope to help you feel empowered, understood and heard. Although it can feel overwhelming, talking through challenges can help reduce unwanted feelings. Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, transitions, trauma, attachment, or some difficult life event? I am here to help, understand how you are living and to help provide some relief as you move forward in your life.

I practice through an attachment and trauma informed lens. Understanding emotions and feelings, where they come from, and why helps to better understand yourself. To promote the mind body connection, I work with psycho-somatic interventions, mindfulness, and self-compassion. EMDR is a tool used to process events and compliments my theoretical alignment.
