Je suis psychologue et je détiens une maîtrise en psychologie du counselling de l’Université McGill. Je cumule 30 années d?expérience auprès d?une clientèle multiethnique l?aidant à approfondir sa conscience de qui elle est et de ce à quoi elle aspire. J?ai travaillé comme conseiller d?orientation et gestionnaire des services de carrière à l?université Concordia avant de me joindre au département de Counselling de l?université McGill en tant que psychothérapeute en 2010. Depuis 2019, je travaille en pratique privée. Ma curiosité et mon constant désir d?apprendre m?ont amené à développer un intérêt marqué pour la thérapie EMDR, la thérapie IFS ainsi que celle des Schémas. Je me spécialise dans les domaines du trauma, des transitions de vies, de l?anxiété, de la dépression ainsi que des problèmes relationnels. Je suis un thérapeute certifié en thérapie EMDR.
I am psychologist who holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. I bring 30 years of experience assisting clients from various cultural backgrounds establish a better sense of who they are and what they want. I worked as a career counsellor and manager of Career Services at Concordia University before joining the McGill University Counselling Service as a therapist in 2010. Since 2019, I work in private practice. My curiosity and constant desire to learn has brought me to develop strong interests in EMDR therapy as well as IFS and Schema therapy. My areas of clinical expertise include trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, as well as relationship issues. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist.
