My passion lies in working with children & adolescents, supporting their natural capacity for healing, and providing support/consultation with caregivers to strengthen attachments and relationships in the family system. I am a Registered Social Worker specialized in child/adolescent therapy using Play Therapy and Expressive Arts.
I have 30 years of experience in working with children, youth, and families from various ethno-racial backgrounds and in various mental health and crisis services settings. ?In the play therapy experience, toys are like the child?s words, and play is the child?s language.?
