I have been working in the Counselling field since 2000. I have an MA in Theology and Spirituality/Spiritual Care, and have worked in a large Trauma Hospital since 2007 as a Spiritual Care giver. I have an MMFT, and am an RMFT. trained in EMDR in 2010, and went into private practice in 2018. I use EMDR and an Interpersonal Neurobiology ofi attachment model as my primary lens. I am also trained as a Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist.
