She has a calm, gentle, and non-judgemental approach, and is LGBTQIA2S affirming. She works with adults and young adults on trauma of all kinds. She often helps people with PTSD/C-PTSD, childhood trauma, sexual trauma/abuse/assault, and trauma from partners/intimate relationships (narcissism, traumatic events, smaller accumulated events, emotional/sexual/physical abuse, and more). She also works with First Responders.
