I am a Registered Psychologist that provides counselling to individual adults. I take a person-centered approach with a holistic lens, meeting you where you are at and collaborating with you on your healing needs. Addictions Counselling is my number one passion and area of expertise. I have experience in both abstinence based and harm reduction approaches. Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and Burn-Out are other common themes I work with. I also have a passion for supporting the healing journeys of Indigenous people. I am both culturally informed and experienced; educated in the ways of the Nehiyaw (Cree) people of Treaty 6 and 8 in Alberta. www.ckps.ca
