I have over 20 years of regional and international experience working as a Psychotherapist & Clinical Social Worker in a variety of settings such as: hospital (acute mental health unit), addiction services, family health team/ primary care, community counselling agencies, residential settings, and child welfare. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and I a member of Ontario Association of Social Workers and EMDR Canada & EMDRIA.
My specialties include working with individuals struggling with trauma, addictive behaviours, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress and burnout.
