Professional Background
Elaine is a dedicated professional in the field of psychotherapy. She holds membership with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario Association of Mental Health Providers (OAMHP). Elaine is a graduate of Yorkville University, holding a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Psychology.
Her career began as a Child and Youth Counsellor, and she has since developed a robust background in Applied Behavioural Analysis.
Elaine’s expertise extends to adult education, and she is an accredited Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Trainer. With over two decades of experience in the diversability sector, she is well-versed in being neurodiverse informed and affirming.

Elaine’s areas of focus include; self-compassion, men’s mental health, parenting and emotional intelligence. With her wealth of experience and qualifications, she is well-equipped to support individuals seeking assistance in these areas.
