I’m a registered psychotherapist and social worker based in Midland, Ontario. I see clients in person locally in the Georgian Bay and Simcoe County area, and offer virtual sessions across Ontario. With over 12 years of clinical experience, I specialize in complex trauma, using somatic and attachment-based approaches to help clients feel more at home in their bodies and more connected in their relationships.As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I draw on EMDR alongside other modalities, including Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Ego State Therapy, and EFT, meeting each client where they are. I work with trauma survivors, parents navigating the ups and downs of parenthood, and couples looking for focused, intensive support. I also offer clinical supervision and consultation for Qualifying Registrants under CRPO and OCSWSSW.I try to bring warmth and steadiness to the work, moving at a pace that feels safe, with the goal of real, lasting change.
