EMDR Basic Training

Gina Catherine Vanderham is a healer, passionate to create psychologically healthy workplaces. She helps executives, managers and employees remove stigma and improve their mental health to live happier and healthier lives.

As a Subject Matter Expert in Addiction, she has experience working all along the Addiction Continuum-of -Care including detox, state mandated drinking driving programs, in-patient treatment, out-patient treatment, private practice, monitoring programs, suicide prevention centers, youth treatment, and with groups of children of chemically dependent parents.

Gina is a Substance Abuse Professional with the US Department of Transportation and an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor, registered with the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Board. She is also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and registered with the Employee Assistance Professional?s Association. She is a Psychological Health and Safety Advisor for the Workplace and Certified Executive Coach.

Gina also holds a licence as a Marriage, Family and Child Therapist with a Master?s degree in Counseling Psychology: Emphasis Family Systems. She has acquired much post master?s training including critical incident stress debriefing dealing with trauma in the workplace, organizational development, disability management, occupational and psychological safety.

She also holds certificates in various spiritual and healing techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Hypnosis, Tapping, Therapeutic Touch, Reiki, and Spiritual Direction.

Gina has helped thousands of individuals over the past 30 years with their addiction and mental health issues. Her work history has been with organizations both in Canada and the United States.
