Over the past five years, she has worked in private practice with adults and youth. Previously, Holly worked as a high school counselling department-head, supporting clients in crisis as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship, body image and identity issues. Prior to becoming a counsellor, Holly was a teacher in the public school system for over twenty years. Holly is also a trained practitioner of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and holds a certificate as a Life Coach from the Certified Coaches Federation.
