Alberta Counselling Centre is home to a team of 15 experienced psychologists specializing in EMDR therapy. We are dedicated to helping clients process trauma, reduce distress, and build resilience using evidence-based approaches. Our services are reimbursable through most insurance plans. We’re available seven days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM, making it easier to access support at a time that works best for you.Scheduling an appointment is simple and convenient. You can book directly through our self-serve automated booking system on our website at albertacounselling.ca. Alternatively, you can call or text our reception at 587-352-3222. Our administrative team is available to answer calls and texts Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. In-person sessions take place at our Calgary office in the heart of Lake Midnapore, where we use approved equipment to administer bilateral stimulation effectively. For those who prefer or require remote sessions, we provide EMDR therapy online using a secure system, ensuring accessibility without compromising effectiveness.We direct bill for individuals who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents (MVA). We also direct bill to Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) for veterans and NIHB for Indigenous clients.Whether you are new to EMDR or continuing your healing journey, Alberta Counselling Centre is here to provide compassionate, expert care that is tailored to your needs.
