I am a registered social worker (MSW) and psychotherapist who has experience in providing counselling to individuals 10+ and families in private practice, youth in rehabilitation settings, as well as vulnerable populations in the community (e.g. individuals facing food scarcity, homelessness, addiction, and domestic violence). I also have more than sixteen years of experience working in social service settings, primarily within non-profit and charitable organizations that support children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities, along with their families.
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, our dogs, family, and friends. Or having a quiet moment to myself where I can focus on a creative outlet (I love art and music!) or researching my latest interest.
