I am a licensed counselling therapist living in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and have a passion for helping others reconnect with their authentic self. I am a reiki master & teacher and enjoy exploring healing on multiple levels. Within my trauma lens, I use a person-centered approach with clients, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Somatic Practices, and Heart Math Interventions which complement the EMDR process.
