I am passionate in recognizing and honouring individual differences and in being a catalyst for change in order to help find the unique path forward towards health and healing for clients with stress, anxiety, depression and triggers or trauma. My formal education is in psychology, environmental studies, and psychotherapy?including Hypnosis, EMDR, IFS-informed EMDR?with experience working with individuals, couples and families. My background includes career counselling at Futures Found and job skills development with Autism Job Club. ?I enjoy helping people of all ages to better their overall wellbeing?in life and on the job?with a special interest in autistic/adhd/gifted clients with concurrent, persistent mental health concerns.
