Mary-Beth Fallon, MSW, RSW, specializes in the treatment of complex trauma, PTSD, complex mental health concerns, suicidality, neurodiversity, and crisis intervention. Her practice primarily focuses on adults—particularly veterans, first responders, and individuals exposed to high-stakes or traumatic environments—while also supporting children and adolescents when clinically appropriate.Mary-Beth’s approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing occurs within the context of safety, connection, and regulation. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) serves as a core modality in her work, complemented by Polyvagal-informed therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. She adapts treatment to each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.A strong advocate for inclusive and affirming care, Mary-Beth is committed to creating a compassionate, welcoming space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community and all individuals seeking support.The foundation of her practice is nervous system regulation. Through the use of bilateral stimulation and other evidence-based interventions, she helps clients move from states of stress, overwhelm, and trauma activation toward greater calm, resilience, and self-awareness. This regulated foundation supports deeper trauma processing and lasting change.Mary-Beth believes that meaningful healing happens when people are given the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move through their experiences with intention and support. She values collaboration, authenticity, openness, and acceptance, and works alongside clients to help them build lives that feel safer, more connected, and more fulfilling.
