I am a trained psychotherapist with a masters degree in counselling psychology. I graduated in 2004.
I have provided counselling in a private practice setting on a part-time basis since then. Around three years ago, I participated in EMDR training through EMDR consulting online during the Covid era.
Since my training, I have utilized my EMDR training skills in the work that I do and meet with an EMDR supervisor on a regular basis for Case Consultation.
My caseload primarily consists of individual adults.
It is my hope to become certified in EMDR over the next couple of years.
