Masood Suliman is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and the founder of Ripple Effect Psychotherapy in Ottawa. He holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Carleton University.Masood works with adults navigating trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and relationship difficulties. His practice centres on trauma treatment, and he integrates EMDR alongside somatic, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioural approaches, tailoring the work to each client’s pace and goals.His approach is evidence-informed, client-centred, and trauma-aware, grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and cultural responsiveness. Masood offers a steady, non-judgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences and reconnect with their own strengths.Masood provides therapy both in person in Ottawa and online to clients across Ontario and Quebec.
