I am a motivated and compassionate professional with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health care for the past 10 years. I have extensive experience with adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety disorders, behavioral issues, coping effectively with stress, pain management, relationship issues, PTSD, workplace trauma, and abuse. I work collaboratively with my clients to resurface and reconnect with them to live a fulfilled and balanced life. I employ strong clinical skills to provide exceptional client care and growth to address their issues and challenges in a positive manner. I strongly believe in everyone’s potential to grow and promote change from within in a supportive, safe, and non-judgemental environment.I specialize in providing counseling services to adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, whether it involves helping children navigate developmental or emotional difficulties, supporting adults through stress, anxiety, or life transitions, or working with couples to improve communication and strengthen their relationships.In addition to my professional expertise, I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, which allows me to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. This linguistic proficiency not only helps bridge communication gaps but also fosters a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment, enabling clients to feel understood, valued, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
