Pauline is passionate about trauma and addiction recovery and can help coordinate care with your family doctor, allied health care provider or educator. Her approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration and she views her clients as resilient, resourceful and capable of great change. She is skilled in a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities including EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused Therapy (including Single Session), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

Pauline holds a Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University Of Toronto and has over 20 years of experience in the field. As a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Addictions Counsellor, she is qualified to practice as a clinical supervisor and educator, and teaches in both college and university settings. In addition to a general psychotherapy practice, Pauline works with prenatal and post-partum women, family and youth aged 12 and up. She is also skilled at crisis intervention, suicide intervention and post-vention, and trauma specific practice.
