R3 Psychotherapy & Brookhaven Psychotherapy
I’m Rosanna Riverso, a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of R3 Psychotherapy. I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating high-stress careers, burnout, life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and relationship challenges. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and use a warm, evidence-based approach that draws from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and the R3 Framework I developed to help clients reprocess the past and reclaim the present. My path to psychotherapy was deeply personal. Years ago, I hit a breaking point that forced me to reevaluate everything—my pace, my priorities, and my emotional well-being. That wake-up call became the beginning of something entirely new. The R3 Framework—Reveal. Release. Reinvent.®—emerged from my own healing and rebuilding process. It was shaped by experiences like fertility struggles, divorce, career reinvention, and learning how to ask for help when I was always the one offering it. Today, this framework combined with evidence-based EMDR serves as the foundation for how I support others who are ready to make meaningful, lasting change.Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife, a proud mom and stepmom in a blended family, and someone who deeply understands the emotional layers that come with second chances, co-parenting, and finding your place in a new chapter. I believe in therapy because I’ve lived its power—and if you’re ready to turn the page, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.To learn more about me, visit my personal site rosannariverso.com
