My name is Sandy Jeffels. I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and am a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore your thoughts and feelings, coupled with evidence-based and compassionate therapy. My job is to walk alongside you and help you discover the strengths and resources you have available to you. I am trained in Basic EMDR, Advanced Flash Technique and Written Exposure Therapy.
