I bring a validating and warm-hearted approach to my guiding principles as a therapist and fully embrace all parts of you that are looking to find work/life balance, reduce stress, manage anxiety, and heal from past events!

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and active member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also an active member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph; majoring in Psychology and minoring in Family and Child Studies. I further obtained my Basic Training Certification in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Level 1 Training in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) from the internationally recognized IFS Institute.

Therapeutic services I offer include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Mindfulness, and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy.

I see clients with concerns relating to: anxiety, assertiveness, boundary setting, burnout & burnout prevention, career/work issues, communication skills, depression, difficulties in relationships, emotional neglect in childhood, emotion regulation, high achievement, life transitions (education/career), people pleasing, self-care, self-compassion, stress management, and work/school/life balance.
