I offer online EMDR therapy for adults located in Quebec. I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and have completed EMDR basic training, Attachment-Focused EMDR training with Dr. Laurel Parnell, EMDR Natural Processing training, and additional training in using EMDR for trauma.My approach to EMDR is warm, collaborative, and carefully paced. I pay close attention to attachment history, emotional regulation, and the nervous system, and I integrate a somatic and polyvagal-informed lens when it is clinically appropriate.I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship patterns, life transitions, and painful experiences that continue to affect daily life, relationships, and the way they feel in themselves.In addition to EMDR, I have advanced training in somatic therapy, (Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Hakomi,) and couples therapy. These trainings inform the way I support clients in working with both the emotional and body-based impact of difficult experiences.
