Based in Northern BC, I support children, youth, adults, and families who struggle with Complex Trauma, Early Childhood Trauma, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Neglect, Gender-Based Violence, Sexual Violence, and Racialized Trauma. I am continually working on decolonizing my practice approaches. I am an advocate for cultural sensitivity and competency in therapy. My practice reflects a comfortable and inclusive space for children, youth, adults, and families to explore mental health, trauma, goals, stories, and healing.Sessions are trauma informed and trauma responsive. Sessions are founded on anti-oppressive practice and with understanding that trauma affects how connection is made and sustained. Sessions offer a therapeutic space to explore areas such as relationship, boundaries, coping, grounding, and emotional regulation.
