Plum Counselling
Based in Northern BC, I am currently accepting clients for virtual, telephone, and in-person counselling. I support children, youth, adults, and families who struggle with Complex Trauma, Early Childhood Trauma, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Neglect, Gender-Based Violence, Sexual Violence, and Racialized Trauma. I am continually working on decolonizing my practice approaches. I am an advocate for cultural sensitivity and competency in therapy. My practice reflects a comfortable and inclusive space for children, youth, adults, and families to explore mental health, trauma, goals, stories, and healing.
Sessions are trauma informed and trauma responsive. Plum Counselling is founded on the belief that the effects of trauma affect how connection is made and sustained, and offers a therapeutic space to explore areas such as relationship, boundaries, coping, grounding, and emotional regulation.
