Zoe Fysikoudi is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), specializing in working with children, youth, and their families. Zoe’s vision is to provide developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive, and emotionally focused services that honor the uniqueness of each child and family. Her integrative approach is deeply relational, trauma and attachment informed and aligned with current neuroscience advancements. Zoe’s approach is holistic and considers the past and current experiences, inherent strengths, and aspirations for the future. Recognizing that each person is unique, her work is tailored to provide the most fitting support for your specific needs. Along with EMDR, Zoe is integrating Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, Somatic Therapy and Talk Therapy in her work with children and youth. Zoe embraces the organic unfolding of the therapeutic process, allowing clients to lead while also gently challenging old patterns. This enables clients to feel profoundly understood, heard, accepted, and safe enough to truly be themselves. Zoe walks alongside her clients for as long as needed, fully committing to the process and trusting her client’s inner capacity for growth, no matter how confusing the journey may seem at times.
