Sarah Humphrey is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist and Child and Youth Worker, who is fully qualified with a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Wilfrid Laurier University and is registered to practice in the province of Ontario through the College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (# 840564). Ms. Humphrey also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Hons) from the University of Western Ontario, and a diploma in Child and Youth Work (CYW) from Fanshawe College. Additionally, she is a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Social Workers, EMDR Canada and EMDRIA. Ms. Humphrey is an EMDR Therapist, who is also trained in Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Narrative therapy, and Polyvagal therapy; and she practices social work from a trauma-Informed lens to support clients of all ages to manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, chronic pain, adjustment issues, traumatic brain injury, grief, loss, and post-traumatic stress.
